Facilities Manager for one of
Almond Caterings most prestigious
clients, Registers of Scotland
in Edinburgh, Douglas Watson is

to appraise the catering companies

Approved scoring system. Almond
was one of the first companies
to pilot this scoring system in
Scotland and, in the most recent
annual survey, the company scored
top across all seven Key Performance
Indicators (KPI’s) This
indicated a score well in excess
of 85% on customer satisfaction |
